About Sanddollars Floral

At Sanddollars, we strive to make each wedding unique by working closely with brides to ensure that our designs reflect their specific tastes and desires.

The company is owned by Makiko Epling, who is also its principle designer. Born and raised in Japan, Makiko earned her Advanced Floral Design Certificate from the Floral Design Institute of Portland, Oregon. She also received specialized certificates of completion in decoration and arrangement from the Jane Packer Flower School in London, England.
